30 Minutes — $35
Therapeutic relaxation massage with concentration on a specific area such as the neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs, hands or feet.
Full Body Therapeutic Relaxation Massage
60/90 Minutes — $60/$75
This session will consist of gentle flowing strokes which can help to calm your nervous system, increase circulation, and relax muscle tension. The intention of this massage is to promote a feeling of tranquility and well being. It also includes Pressure Point therapy, if needed, on contracted muscle areas. We use Essential Aromatic Oils, if desired, and have several scents from which to choose. During the colder months, we also give you a Hot Towel with Special Lotion treatment for your hands and feet during the 90 Minute Massage.
Water Spa Session
60 Minutes — $15 / Unlimited Time — $25
A
wonderful addition to your Retreat experience! It will help relax
your muscles before your session in order to derive the maximum
benefit from your massage. The water temperature is kept just
above your body temperature so it's not stressful to your
circulatory system and you can stay in and enjoy it as long as
you care to. We use a natural sanitizing treatment - no chlorine
or bromine. It is located outside, under cover, on the deck and you
can watch the birds at the feeders right from the spa!
Ladies Night Session
$35
Gather your close friends together for an
evening of fun in the hot tub and a 30 Minute Stress Relieving Massage. You can use the big island in the
kitchen to put out your beverages and snacks. Please bring your bathing suits, towels, robes and slippers.
Starting times will vary with the number of people in the group. Monday through Thursday every week - some
Friday evenings are available. Maximum of 8 people. This is a great way to introduce your friends and
family to the wonderful world of massage.
Full Day Retreat
10 AM to 5 PM — $150
This package includes a light breakfast when you arrive,
Gourmet lunch, a 60 Minute Full Body Relaxation massage with Pressure Point
work, a Paraffin Hand Treatment, a Mary Kay Facial and unlimited time in the
Water Spa. Relax in front of the
fireplace, listen to your favorite music on the Digital Music
Channels, read a good book, sit on the deck in the rocking chairs
and watch the birds or just take a nice long nap on the couch!
During the winter months, you can Cross-Country ski right out the
door across the lake to a wildlife area.
Couple's Date Night
6:30 PM — Monday through Thursday evenings — $85
Come and enjoy some uninterrupted time together in the Water Spa with music of your choosing and candlelight. Then afterward, you will alternate receiving a 30 minute Stress-Relieving Massage while the other person relaxes in front of the fireplace.
